Test Description

The Employability Skills curriculum has been redesigned to suit the demands of the industry and is universal to all trades. The Employability Skills curriculum will be taught to all trainees enrolled in one-year and two-year trades in all ITIs across the nation during their first year. By immersing themselves in the learning process for the first year, ITI trainees will be armed with level-appropriate competency in Behavioural skills, English, IT, and communication skills.

This course is designed to be a one-stop-shop for all your communication skills training needs in terms of Language literacy, Language proficiency, Negotiation skills, Behavioral skills. This test covers Questions on English Literacy, Behavioural skills, IT Literacy, Communication skills, Mock interviews, Decoding Interviews, Professional networking, Entrepreneurship, Maintaining Efficiency at the Workplaces, Occupational Safety Environment and Health Education, Quality Management, Preparation to the World of Work, Essential Skills for success, Resume preparation.

The Computer-Based Test has Five Grand Tests. Each Grand Test has 50 questions. The duration of each Grand Test is 50 minutes and each question carries 1 Mark. These tests have a prodigious role in the testing, analysis and feedback of a trainee who enrolled for and completed the Computer-based test.
